Disconnect audio devices / Stop other audio apps
The audio system is complex and has many shared resources. Sometimes apps don't function correctly together. Disconnecting or stopping these disturbances will help us isolate the cause of the problem.
Disable experimental features.
Anytune provides optional access to experimental features. These features are still in development and may introduce bugs. Please disable these services and see if the problem still occurs.
- In Anytune Settings > "Experimental Features"
- Disable these features with the toggles
- Restart Anytune
Restart your device
Did you turn it off and turn it back on? With many apps sharing resources, sometimes a hard restart will resolve conflicts. It should not be required, but sometimes it is a quick fix.
- Press the power button on your device (it’s usually on the top) for a few seconds to launch the onscreen power menu.
- Tap “Restart”, or
Hold the Power button until your phone restarts (up to 30s).
Note: Settings can vary by device. For more info, contact your device manufacturer.
