Report a problem on Android

We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with Anytune. We are happy to help. If you have a problem, question or suggestion for Anytune please contact us.

From the Anytune App;

1. Please tap Menu to open the Anytune drawer
2. Tap the Help icon from the options list.
3. then Tap Contact Us from the list.

This will send us a request and include your hardware and software versions and optionally your project data which could help us find the problem.

Include your steps

Please include; the steps you performed to reproduce the problem. Tell us what you observed and what you expected. Details of your setup and configuration. 

Screen recordings would be great

Sending us a screen capture or recording of the problem could be very helpful.
