1.6.0 – Share and Move Complete Projects with .TUNE Files (Beta)
Take your complete Anytune projects anywhere with the new Anytune Project (.TUNE) file format. Export and share projects, then import them on another device with your marks, loops, notes, lyrics, settings, and—optionally—the audio files. You can also import and export ATCFG files to and from Anytune on Apple devices.
The new Project Backups section in the main drawer makes it easy to view and restore both Saved and Automatic backups.
Share one or more projects as a .TUNE file. Include the audio files to create a complete, portable backup that can be restored on another device, or share projects with bandmates, teachers, and students while preserving marks, loops, notes, and settings.
Plus bug fixes, performance improvements, and increased stability.
Watch for more tips and tricks to help you get the most from Anytune’s new project sharing features.
Beta Testing: Beta testers get early access to features and fixes. We hate bugs and despise crashes, but love new features and strive for perfection. Thank you for your reports and suggestions. In the Play Store > Anytune details > "Join the beta". See page.
1.5.21 Bug Squashing
That sneaky bug has been slippery, but we’ve closed in again with another fix to improve stability.
If you run into any issues, please let us know: Anytune > Help > Contact Us.
We’ve also been working on a major foundational update that will serve as the launch pad for some very cool new features. Coming soon.
Anytune Demix
AI Instrument Isolation 🎶 Source Separation
Now you can separate drums, bass, vocals and everything else from your own music tracks!
I learned to play drums by jamming along with my favorite songs. Anytune’s ability to slow down and loop tricky sections was a game-changer.
But what if you could break down your favorite songs into a track of just your instrument (solo) and another track with all the other instruments (minus one)?
Now you can! Use the isolated solo track to hear every detail of your instrument, capturing every note and nuance. Once you’ve mastered your part, switch to the “minus one” track to practice alongside the band. It’s perfect for learning by ear and makes practice more effective and fun.
Using advanced AI source separation, Demix creates four tracks (STEMS) from your original song—vocals, drums, bass, and “other instruments”, or you can opt for two tracks: your instrument’s solo and the rest of the band.
When you choose to Demix a song, the audio is sent to our Demix servers for processing. The resulting tracks are downloaded to your device and included in your project. These STEMS are yours to keep.
Easily toggle between the original source file and the STEMs, using your marks and loops across all tracks. And yes, we’re working on adding a four-channel mixer so you can remix the STEMs yourself!
Our AI-powered Demix engine operates on credits. With an Anytune Pro subscription, you receive three Demix credits each month, which expire at the end of that month.
A one-time purchase of Anytune Pro includes three Demix credits.
Need more? You can purchase additional credits in blocks of 3, 10, or 50. These credits are purchased through Google Play, never expire and are tied to your Anytune account.
Demix works best with traditional mixes and arrangements featuring drums, bass, guitar, and vocals. While it’s not magic, Demix instrument separation is an incredible tool for learning and practicing music by ear.
Our current Demix model combines all instruments, except bass, drums, and vocals, into a single ‘Other Instruments’ track. We do not yet offer the option to separate individual ‘other’ instruments, such as rhythm and lead guitar. We hope to introduce additional models that will provide alternative instrument separation in the future.
Give Anytune Demix a try and let us know how we can make your experience even better!
See Android Release History for details on all updates.
Streaming Services ~ You may see error messages and need to retry playing streamed songs. See Spotify on Android and Apple Music on Android for more details and recovery procedures if you are having trouble playing streams. If you still cannot play streams please report it to us.
We are always striving to make Anytune better. We value your suggestions.
