iphone app synching with mac book pro app
I absolutely love Anytune on my Mac Book Pro but the app for the iPhone is garbage.
I have spent over 15 hours on the internet with A.I. trying to get the two synched. All I really wanted on the iphone version was my playlist so I could play the tunes I had worked on, not manipulate them from the phone because that interface was not even remotely intuitive.
I simply gave up and deleted the app from my phone. Maybe I'll try again in a year or so to see if it's been improved.

Your song's audio files and Anytune's song data are synced separately.
Anytune plays songs directly from your device's music library. Anytune can also plays audio files that have been imported directly into Anytune through Files Picker/Open-In, Dropbox, WiFi and Email.
Once played, Anytune creates a record to remember all your settings, marks, etc. for each song in config data backups.
You can sync your song data (config) across your devices with iCloud or by sharing config (.atcfg) files.
You can use Sync Library with Apple Music or manually Sync your devices using your computer to sync songs across your device's music libraries.
Song's imported directly into Anytune can be Exported from one device and Imported to another.
If you are using Library Sync in Apple Music to sync your songs across your devices then on your target device you can sync your song data/config:
- On a iPhone/iPad: Tap Cloud (Tap to reveal share on iPhone)
On Mac Click in the songs pane or Menu > Anytune > File > Config Import > import from iCloud... - Choose the latest backup file from source device
- Tap Restore All Above
This will sync all your settings and data across your devices, including Anytune Folders and Playlists. Currently syncing data works like a backup restore and song files must be synced through your devices' music libraries or imported into Anytune on all your devices.
In Anytune iPhone/iPad 4.9.0 and Anytune Mac 2.7.0 you can choose where imported media files are stored in Anytune Settings. Keep files “On This Device” and manage them yourself, or choose “iCloud Drive” to sync imported audio files across your devices using iCloud automatically. You still control whether your Anytune data syncs through Anytune Cloud.
See Adding music, Sharing song data (configs) and Sharing songs across devices for the details.
- On a iPhone/iPad: Tap Cloud (Tap to reveal share on iPhone)
