how to create new playlist

I'm using Anytune Pro on iPad. I'm trying to create a new playlist. The Anytune help filed gives these instructions:

• Tap on the. Tunes category.
• Tap the Add (Green Plus '+') button to create a folder or playlist, or to add a song to the current playlist.
• Choose "New Playlist"

I do not see a green plus button on my screen. Where is it?

  See Playlists and Folders.

  Go to the Tunes Category.

  

    You can double Tap the Category to get to the top of the hierarchy. 
  This is where Anytune  folders and Playlists can be created. You should see the green plus button  at the bottom-left of the list. 

  
  
  
  The Songs,  Playlists,  Artists and   Albums categories allow you to browse your music library. These categories are read-only. Anytune cannot add, edit or delete content in these categories. Make changes to your Music Library with the  Apple Music app.
