Feature request: Send MIDI commands

Hi,

It would be very useful to allow AnyTune sending MIDI PC commands to external devices.

This way one could add some markers in the track that would send MIDI commands once reached, allowing to switch a guitar pedal settings or change some modeler scene/preset dynamically as the song progresses.
