Why the 17+ App Store rating?

Hello, I am trying to install anytune pro+ on my school owned iPad, but our district does not allow 17+ rated apps to be installed. Is there a reason that the app is rated like this? It should probably be a lower rating as there is no explicit material within the app. Please advise…

   After being in the store at 4+ for over ten years one of the reviewers insisted we raise the recommended minimum age because our tutorial videos accessible through the help menu open the YouTube app which has an Age of 17+.   
   

  There is no "content" in Anytune but we do open YouTube which is 17+ so we must be 17+.   We will try to rectify this in a future update. If YouTube was disabled on your device Anytune would be 4+.

  Anytune in the App Store is now rated 4+.
