Unable to export the complete (tuned) song

When I retune a song and export it to email, the result is only about 1/8 of the song and not complete. As far as I know, I am not using a loop to export.-please what is the problem ?

  The ability to export a Tuned song is included as standard in Anytune Mac.

  You must purchase the Export Pack Add-On available as an in-app purchase in Anytune (Free) and Anytune Pro+ to export full songs. 

  Anytune will export only the first 20 seconds (as a demo), without the addon.
