Superimpose metronome /click track
Metronome
As above would truly consider the app the complete one stop shop music-learning app, if it had, in addition to the frequency wave graph, the ability to toggle or superimpose a timing wave graph divided down to the 16th note for visually audio-locating starts, stops, accents, and to ultimately help learn precise timing thru counting when the ‘by feel’ method isn’t working. Using the visual time graph, preferably down to the 16th note, you can listen while seeing where the note falls, then count it out next time I.e., using the “uh” method as in [1 - “uh” - and - “uh” - 2 -“uh”….])
This would be especially helpful as well when screwing the tempo way down and timing becomes disoriented as to where or when that next best is going to fall, very difficult to gauge. Using the visual info from a superimposed time graph, like using a GPS map in the darkest night would be very helpful indeed. From sftwr design standpoint the time graph could be used/translated into audible beats of the metronome feature. From just a short universal list of preset time signatures, most songs can be assigned or tapped in to one of them, then auto-aligned or user-aligned to lock in the tempo specific to the song in question. Hopefully someday something along these lines could be featured
