Step-it-up trainer

Is there a way to save where you left off if did not finish the trainer? Like if I set the tempo to increase from .65 to .70 and I stop at .67 and come back later that setting has been restarted back to .65

  No there is not.   The trainer settings are saved but the current iteration is not.  Sorry.  

  I have added this as a feature request to our feature list. it is not currently (Sep 2021) planned.
