Global Hotkeys allow you to map key combinations (Hotkeys) to Anytune Actions. You can then initiate the actions by typing the key combinations even when the Anytune app is not in focus.
This is useful, for instance, when you are using Anytune to listen to audio while you are using another app for recording a transcription.
This is available in Anytune for Mac.
- Open Anytune Menu > Preference...
⌘, - Choose Globals
- Check Enable Global Hotkeys
- Click the Record Shortcut beside the action you would like to map and type the key combination. Continue for all the actions desired.
You can now initiate these actions using the Hotkeys even when Anytune is not in focus.
You cannot use reserved key combinations, already used by macOS. Be careful not to override keyboard shortcuts used by other apps.
