Anytune is sold through Apple's Mac App Store and under Apple’s rules.

To participate in the program you need to Enrol your institution by applying at school.apple.com.
IMPORTANT - Use a newly created AppleID. Do not use an existing Apple ID.
Apple manages and recommends this program for schools. It includes additional capabilities that and is the only option for making multiple purchases with a single new Apple ID. Apple can help you through this process, by calling Deployment Program Support 800 919.2775 Access Code 83752.
The application process verifies you are a school and creates a special admin account that can make multiple purchases, and allows you to mange multiple users and devices.
You can install Anytune on multiple iMacs using the same AppleID. You can have ten devices (no more than five of them computers) associated with your Apple ID and iTunes at one time, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204074.
