Anytune and Anytune Pro+ are two distinct apps. If you purchased Anytune Pro+ after using Anytune you may need to copy some audio files and restore config data.
Song data (config) including settings, marks, lyrics, ...
When you Play a song for the first time a record is added to the All Tunes list. Anytune is now remembering all the settings (tempo, pitch, marks, notes, lyrics,....) for that song. Anytune's record (config) is not saved with the audio file.
You can share your music data (config) across your devices or with your friends, or in this case, restore data you created in Anytune to Anytune Pro+.
The audio file must first be accessible to Anytune Pro+. All songs in your device's music library are accessible to Anytune Pro+, so nothing to do.
However, recordings made within Anytune and audio files explicitly imported into Anytune through Open-In, Wifi, Dropbox, or Email must be imported into Anytune Pro+ before the restoring (see Audio files below).
To import settings and marks from Anytune to Anytune Pro+:
In Anytune Pro+:
- Tap the Cloud (Tap to reveal share on iPhone).
- Tap the latest backup in Import from iCloud
- Select the songs and Tap Restore
or
Tap Restore All Above
You will see Imported, Importable, or Not Found in the Cloud View indicating whether the matching song is available. If the song is Not Found you must add the song to your library or import it into Anytune Pro+ first.
Audio files
Anytune plays songs directly from your device's Music Library through theSongs, Playlists, Artists and Albums category tabs. These songs are accessible from both Free and Pro+ versions of Anytune.
Recordings made within Anytune and audio files explicitly imported into Anytune through Open-In, Wifi, Dropbox, or Email must added to your device's media library or imported into Anytune Pro+.
To copy a song (audio file) from Anytune to Anytune Pro+:
- Play (load) the song you want to export.
- Tap the sharing button (Tap to reveal share on iPhone).
- Choose "Export Song".
- Select "Original Song".
- Select "Open-In"
- Tap Export File via Open-In
- Find and Tap Copy to Anytune Pro+
See Export - original song from Anytune.
Once you have copied all the songs and config data from Anytune to Anytune Pro+ delete the Anytune (Free) app from your device.
