Anytune allows you to save your song data (settings, lyrics, notes and marks) for all or a single song to iCloud or a file. This allows you to share your music meta data across your devices or with your friends.
Anytune does not save your song files to iCloud (it only saves the data). Data syncing works like a backup and restore. First you backup your song data then you restore the song data to matching songs on your same or different device that has the same song files. The songs must be available on the target device.

Sending song and settings (config)
To send a song and the marks to a friend over Email:
- Play (load) the song you want to export
- Tap the Share button
- Choose "Export Song"
- Select "Original Song"
If you choose the Original song and Export via Email the Settings (<song>.atcfg) file will also be attached to the Email.
You will see the Settings that will be used for the Export displayed - Select Email and Tap "Export via Email" button to send the file.
The freind will receive the Email and import the "song" file AND the "settings" file to Anytune. They must also Restore the settings to the Song.
Importing song and settings (config)

The Email should have two attachments; the song itself (m4a, mp3), and the settings file (<song>.atcfg).
- Open the Mail app to the Email
- Tap and hold the song file until the Share menu appears
(You may need to tap the song to download it to your device first) - Choose "Copy to Anytune"
Anytune will open and the song will be imported - Return to the Mail app
Tap and hold the atcfg file until the Share menu appears
(You may need to tap the song to download it to your device first) - Choose "Copy to Anytune"
- Tap "OK"
Now Restore the settings to the song.
- Tap
- Choose the imported backup file.
- Choose the song and Tap Restore and Done
Now the song and the Settings and Marks are on the target device.
