The App Store and Mac App Store are owned and operated by Apple. We provide the application package and Apple handles the distribution. Apple can help with problems with the App and Mac App Stores.
You could try to download a different (free) app to verify the problem is specific to Anytune.
You can try:
- Quit and Restart the App Store app
- Restart your device
- Sign out and Sign In to your Apple Id in the Store
- Signing out of the App Store, Restart device, and Launch the App Store App and Sign In.
