Please ensure you have the latest version of Anytune:
- Open the App Store app and click Updates
Please try restarting Anytune and the restarting your Mac. The audio system is complex and sometimes resetting the app and/or the system corrects system issues.
Anytune has a number of settings that change Anytune's behaviour including PlayNext, AutoLoop and ReFrame. Ensure you do not have settings enabled unintentionally.
If the problem persists please collect all the information you can and Report a problem on Mac.
Clear Song Settings
Some of Anytune's features will affect the audio including tempo, pitch, EQ and Reframe. You can reset all these values to defaults:
- Right-Clicking the Title Bar
- Choose Get Info
- Click Reset Music Settings
Note: These settings will be lost. Do not reset settings you want to keep.
Disk Utility First Aid
Filesystem issues can cause problems. Using First Aid on your drives may find an issue.
Run Disk Utility > First Aid on your drives to check your permissions
Reinstall Anytune
You can completely delete and reinstall Anytune without loosing your data. It is possible that Anytune was corrupted, but this is extremely rare. See How do I re-install Anytune Mac.
