"Streamed" Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, ... songs are DRM “protected” and cannot currently be played by Anytune.
Songs rented through a subscription streaming services such as Apple Music, Spotify, ... are DRM "Protected' and cannot be played by Anytune.
Songs ripped from a CD or purchased through iTunes, Amazon, Google, ... are not protected and can be played.
We hope providers like Spotify, Apple, ... will provide app developers access to the their libraries soon.
We will add the ability to play and process streamed songs as soon as we can.
Ask Apple to allow Anytune to play Apple Music

Please go to apple.com/feedback/apple-music.html and open a "Feature Request" for the "Library" requesting that Anytune (and other music apps) be granted access to the audio file data.
Suggested message: Hi Apple, I love Anytune.app and use it to become a better musician by listening to and playing along with my favorite songs. It would be fantastic if Anytune could play and process my Apple Music streamed songs. Please make Apple Music audio data available to Anytune. Thanks!
