I can sync my airturn BT-500 with my android device but none of the configurations sync with any feature in Anytune.

Anytune for Android is not yet equivalent to Anytune on iPhone or Mac. Android has features Apple doesn't have like support to slow streams and Demix and is missing other Apple does have.
We have not added Remote Control support on Android. Do you use Bluetooth Keyboard presses or MIDI commands?
We are working towards feature parity across all platforms.
