Time Stretching and Pitch Shifting Enhancements

I would like to adjust the increment decrement resolution for the time-shifting slider.  Please add a setting to change how much the increment and decrement buttons change the value.

  I'd also like to have a greater range (2 octave range like in the OSX Version) - This is my favorite function to transcribe basslines

  Thanks for the request. We are planning on extending the range to two octaves.
